It was somehow merged with Microsoft account so I cannot set password when launch it from lusrmgr.msc. I found that the Administrator account is not hidden. Right click the Administrator account and choose Set Password Or go to Start/Search and type lusmgr.msc, right click the lusrmgr results and Run As Administrator. To change the password of the the Built in Administrator account, You do not have to Enable the Hidden Admin, just Press CTRL+ALT+DEL choose Change Password, type in Administrator in the User field and leave the old Password blank type in new password. If you want to leave the Domain, after leaving, you can login with the Microsoft account again. It is hidden so you don't mess with it and only use it if the user profile doesn't work. The Hidden Built in Administrator account is not Enabled.
